I have used this Kodak Ultra Mini Portable Projector for projecting photos on to my table so I can trace and see each and every color. I do this with the help of a tripod (make sure tripod has right size mounting screw) which has two screw sizes. I don't need a very dark room, but the darker the better to see the picture. The main reason I purchased this mini projector is because it projects a very small picture which I can trace onto watercolor paper, most of the other mini projectors can't go down that small. Happy with this purchase and I recommend.

I love its shape, color, size and its light weight. There are a few problems. When the room is not really dark, the images is not clear or invisible. Even when it is completely dark, the images are darker than what my other projectors can make.
It needs an adopter to be connected with iPhone7. It can be connected with my MacBook Pro using the HDMI cable that came with it, but it requires some setting on Mac side instead of just connecting. However, I still like it. I think it is pretty good for the price.

This is a very good product. I have watched a movie while this is connected to my laptop. Like the other commenters mentioned that the battery lasts 2 hours from a full charge even if it’s plugged in. However, when it’s plugged into your smartphone, it doesn’t project right away. I had to disconnect and reconnect my phone and a few times, the display was embedded to the projector eventhough I would change the display on my phone, it wouldn’t change the display on the projector. I had to power off and on the projector, disconnected and reconnected a few times and finally it changed. I have iPhone X so not sure if it does the same thing on other smart phones.

Be realistic in your expectations and you’ll be pleased. This is not some $5000 4K projector it is a pocket sized projector. For me it does exactly what I wanted / expected. It attaches quickly and easily to my laptop, allows me to do on the fly presentations, and the battery holds up pretty well. I have used it several times already and have no complaints. Just have a realistic expectation and know what you are buying.

It's a cool projector, but it isn't no where near as bright enough to actually be heavily used for entertainment purposes. What you're mainly paying for when you buy one of these is the portability aspect. If you're someone who normally travels a lot this would probably be ideal for you. On the other hand if you are someone who wants a good projector that is bright enough for you to actually see what you're watching a lot more clearly, and vividly I would recommend getting another projector, their are plenty of brighter projectors on here in the $80-$150 price range that are very decent. Another thing after carefully examing this projector I noticed that the further I go back on this projector the more I can see the crosshairs on the screen. It's a minor annoyance because if I watch a movie with subtitles on it the words look a bit blocky, and pixelated. Even in a pure dark room this projector still isn't quite bright enough for me. The build quality is very good, and sleek with capacitive touch buttons on the surface of it. Although it isn't bright enough for me I still will keep this little projector for things like camping, projects, etc. If you purchase this product make sure to get a tripod for it so you can find the right positioning for it.

What makes the KODAK LUMA 75 unique?
The KODAK LUMA 75 uses DLP technology, one-touch controls, and near-universal device compatibility. It plays HD videos on a screen up to 100″, and sports a play time of up to 2 hours. Get these features and more at a price that flatters your budget.

Does it work with USB drives?
It sure does! Just plug in your USB drive to the USB port, and the KODAK LUMA 75 will locate any viewable files, like photos or videos, for you to view.

Will it play all videos in 1080p?
That depends on your connection and the quality of the video. Native 1080p videos will play in full HD over a good connection (from your device to the video source, and your device to the projector), but 720p/lower-quality videos will not upscale.

Will it work with a tripod?
Yes, absolutely. The KODAK LUMA 75 features threading for a standard tripod mount on the bottom, so you can easily mount your projector for steady viewing.

What types of inputs are supported?
The KODAK LUMA 75 can play files from microSD cards as well as via USB or HDMI connection ports. If your device uses a different type of video input (DVI, Display, etc.) you will need to purchase an adapter (not included).
